Our Syrah is a delightful wine, boasting a pale ruby colour that sets the stage for its vibrant character. Its nose is intense and inviting, with notes of black pepper, red cherry, and sandalwood. On the palate, you'll discover flavours of black raspberry, red currant, and a hint of warm cranberry sauce.
Crafted with care, our Syrah hails from our 5-acre vineyard in St. David’s, with an average yield of 5 tons per acre. Our dedicated team hand-picks the fruit, meticulously removing the stems to ensure top quality. It's then aged in a single brand new 500L American oak barrel, imparting a touch of oak influence that enhances the wine's character. We bottle it directly from the barrel using gravity alone, with only light filtration to preserve its essence. This wine is a true labor of love, and we take immense pride in it.
