Our first-ever sparkling wine marks a new step for MWCellars. Created using the Charmat method, it’s an easy-to-love take on bubbles with just the right amount of textureand lift.
In the glass, it pours a clear, medium gold with a lively streamof fine bubbles. Aromas lean tropical and bright: mango,Asian pear, and sugared pomelo, with subtle layers ofcardamom and beeswax.
