This Cabernet is stripped of fuss and is smooth, juicy, and shareable. Warm strawberry jam, white-currant jelly, and a hint of cedar curl up from the glass. A sip brings silky red-cherry fruit flavours, gentle acidity, and a dash of cassia and clove.
