Our Sémillion is a clear, pale lemon-green delight. Its medium-plus intense aromas of Asian pear, passion fruit, raw honey, soft beeswax, lemon verbena, smoke, rich warm floral notes, and a hint of melon create a truly captivating bouquet.
The grapes, purchased from the Neufelds, is crafted in a dry style using 600-liter barrels with lots of lees contact and frequent stirring.
With only 100 cases produced, it's an exploratory endeavour that offers a unique texture reminiscent of a classic Sémillon, with deeper tones of honey and stewed flowers.
